The handmade paper production envisioned thru the technical assistance of the Department of Trade and Industry as a by-product of pineapple fiber and other indigenous materials such as abaca and salago are utilized by the cooperative to generate additional source of  employment and income to other residents of far flung barangays of  Labo. Finished products were sold to different individuals and government institution using handmade specialty paper.
